Founded in 1993 as Hitch’s Lawn Service by Jevard Hitch during his college years, Ascend Landscaping & Irrigation, Inc. began with a modest setup—a 1968 Chevy truck and a lawn mower. By 1995, Jevard had transformed this summer job into a thriving business with a new truck, upgraded equipment, two employees, and seventy-five accounts. After graduating college, Jevard transitioned to a career with the Federal Reserve Bank, leaving the business in the hands of his father, a retiree. Eventually, Jevard returned to the green industry, reclaiming and expanding the business for landscaping and irrigation services in Commerce City, CO.
Today, Ascend Landscaping & Irrigation is a comprehensive landscaping company with four specialized divisions: Lawn Maintenance, Landscaping and Concrete, Landscaping Repairs, and Custom Fences and Deck Installation.
Our portfolio includes professional services for notable clients such as Denver Housing Administration, Honeywell Industries, Wonderland Homes, Beazer Homes, KB Home, DR Horton, Mortensen Builders, and Medici Construction, as well as numerous custom residential projects.
